Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted up to 7 days prior to the first class/trip meeting, provided there is a wait-list and the Recreation Office is able to sell your spot. There is a $10 processing fee.

Want to sell your spot?

You may sell your spot to someone else. If the activity you are registered for is full, call 459-2806 or come by the Recreation Office to see if there is a waiting list.
When you sell your spot, please notify us by e-mail at info@ucscrecreation.com. In the email, include the following:

• name of the activity
• your name and Student ID Number
• the buyers name student ID number and e-mail.

The buyer should also call or e-mail the Recreation Office to confirm.
